Typically when you think about hazards related to sunscreens, you are worried about not having enough SPF, or perhaps paying too much for additional SPF that doesn’t give any incremental benefit.  This article is about how you can get burned by sunscreen, but not financially or even by the sun.  Apparently, there have been five reported cases of people bursting into flames which was later attributed to sunscreens.  Due to the fact that many sunscreens contain alcohol or other flammable ingredients, the users will need to exercise extreme caution when applying or when wearing the sunscreen near a heat source or flame.
