The NDPA has formulated a program to ensure that the best safety practices are in place and being enforced at public swimming pool facilities.  These facilities include hotels, motels, apartments, condominiums, homeowner associations, water parks, colleges and universities, and multi-family property owned pools.  In conjunction with some other very high profile water safety organizations, the NDPA will provide its seal of approval for these types of facilities that have instituted and invested in these best practices.  Does your facility have the Seal?
