If you are looking for a unique resort destination, look no further than the Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa.  The 17th century converted Monastery is located between Amalfi and Praiano, Italy in a town called Conca dei Marini.  This spectacular resort has 20 ocean-view rooms, set in gloriously scented tiered gardens with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast.  Architects retained many of the building’s original features, and added state-of-the-art facilities, including a garden that produces organic vegetables that the hotel uses.  The most dramatic feature is an infinity edge pool with an absolutely spectacular view on the cliff edge looking down over the blue Bay of Salerno in the quaint fishing village
